The Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corp. dba VISIT FLORIDA has issued an invitation to negotiate (ITN) and is accepting proposals from agency or agencies to perform digital media planning, buying, trafficking and optimization services on behalf of VISIT FLORIDA; including, but not limited to display, native, video, mobile placements and Pay Per Click Media. It may also include: Search Engine Marketing (SEM); direct email; and/or paid content distribution from time to time. Creative services is not included in this ITN.

The Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corp. dba VISIT FLORIDA is accepting proposals from qualified CPA firm to provide annual Financial Statement Audit, 401(k) Audit and Tax Return Preparation services. On behalf of VISIT FLORIDA’s Audit Committee, VISIT FLORIDA is accepting proposals from CPA firms (Firm) for these services. The engagement will be for a period of three years beginning with fiscal year 2016/2017 (July 1-June 30).

Integrated Marketing Effectiveness

The Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation, d.b.a. VISIT FLORIDA is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to respond completely and accurately to VISIT FLORIDA’s desire to measure the effectiveness of VISIT FLORIDA’s integrated marketing efforts and return on investment (ROI) as measured by the effectiveness of VISIT FLORIDA’s efforts in bringing visitors to the state and tax dollars generated in the state. The measurement and tracking will cover all paid VISIT FLORIDA advertising on traditional channels as well as digital, social and native. The goal is to have an ROI on all paid media.
