VISIT FLORIDA hosts biannual events for inviting potential partners to provide an in-person, or video conference, high-level presentation of their products and services that they believe could potentially be of high value to VISIT FLORIDA.
This is not applicable for media buys, advertising or sponsorships. There is a separate process in place for that, and you may submit an advertising proposal here and a sponsorship proposal here. Any Vendor Day invitation does not replace our standard procurement practices, including competitive bidding and Invitations to Negotiate. Discussions regarding active ITNs/RFPse are not part of these conversations. Do not attend if you want to discuss any active procurement processes of any sort. If there is no ITN/RFP out in market at the time, yet you know/expect there will be one in the near future regarding your sector of work, you are welcome to attend but this does not replace any ITN/RFP processes.
Should you decide to participate in a Vendor Day event, next steps after our discussion are a case-by-case decision. Based on a variety of factors, VISIT FLORIDA does use an equal opportunity process including public notice and Invitation to Negotiate for certain goods and services.
