Florida Huddle Suppliers that attend are CVBs, Hotels, Resorts, Attractions and Parks. Each appointment is 12 minutes long, with three minutes for "travel time". After you registered and paid, you will receive your login to your Huddle Dashboard, where you can review the profiles of all attending tour operators, wholesalers and media.

The Appointment Requesting Period will open in early January 2026. During that period, you can request your one-on-one appointments. You will not be able to see the requests made by others. Afterwards, all requests will be matched by our AI! Mutual requests first, then requests made by the attending buyers, followed by the Florida suppliers. Once you receive your schedule, you are able to add, reschedule or cancel any of your appointments via your Huddle Dashboard.
