Sarah Nemes

Sarah Nemes serves as the Corporate External Affairs Director for United Parks and Resorts (formerly SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment), where she plays a pivotal role in managing external relations for the company’s 12 parks across five states. She oversees government affairs, regulatory compliance, and economic development, with a particular focus on Florida. Sarah also strengthens key chamber relationships and supports critical permit processes across the state.

Before joining United Parks and Resorts, Sarah was the Director of Public Affairs for Embrace Families, a leading community-based care organization serving families in Central Florida's Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. Her career also includes a role at The Southern Group’s Orlando office, following her tenure as Senior Aide to former District 4 Orange County Commissioner Jennifer Thompson. Sarah has a strong background in higher education governance, having served as a board liaison for the University of Central Florida’s Board of Trustees.

In her current position, Sarah represents the company on several influential boards, including the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association, Central Florida Hotel Lodging Association’s PAC/PC, and numerous regional chambers of commerce in Orlando and Tampa.

Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in health services administration from the University of Central Florida, with a minor in Health Information Management.
