Brian Kramer

Brian Kramer is a hospitality executive with more than 37 years of experience with Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at nine Hyatt properties across the East Coast, including destinations in Boston, New York, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and Florida, leading resort, urban, conference, and convention hotels. Since 2014, he has served as General Manager of Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa, one of Southwest Florida's premier resort destinations.

Brian is the recipient of Hyatt Hotels Corporation's General Manager of the Year Award and was honored as the American Hotel & Lodging Association's Resort General Manager of the Year in 2023.
A passionate advocate for tourism, hospitality education, and workforce development, Brian serves on the Visit Florida Board of Directors, the Lee County Tourist Development Council, the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association Board of Directors, the FGCU Lutgert College of Business Advisory Board, the FGCU School of Resort & Hospitality Management Advisory Board, and the FGCU President's Council on Economic and Workforce Development. He is also a frequent guest lecturer at Florida State University's Dedman College of Hospitality.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the New York Institute of Technology and completed international studies at École Hôtelière de Lausanne. He resides in Naples, Florida, with his wife, MJ. They are the proud parents of three children: one graduate of Florida State University's Dedman College of Hospitality, one graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Business Management and a concentration in Sports Management, and one current Florida State University student pursuing a degree in Hospitality.
