Casey Gonzmart, Jr., is a fifth-generation owner-operator of the 1905 Family Of Restaurants, founded in 1905 in Ybor City by his great-great-grandfather, Casimiro Hernandez, Sr. Anchored by the Columbia Restaurant, Florida's oldest restaurant, the company now operates 13 restaurants among six brands across the state, including four locations at Tampa International Airport.

Casey began working alongside his father at age 12, learning the business from inventory to the kitchen line. He earned a degree in hotel and restaurant management from Florida State University and completed an apprenticeship at Torres Winery in Barcelona. From 2007 to 2011, he managed major event operations for Levy Restaurants at Raymond James Stadium, including Super Bowl XLIII. He then served from 2011 to 2017 as general manager of the Columbia Cafe at Tampa International Airport for HMSHost before joining the family's corporate office in 2017.

Casey serves on the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association’s state board and is a Cornerstone Class 42 graduate of Leadership Florida. In 2021, he was named to Business Observer's Tampa Bay 40 Under 40.

Casey and his wife, Jennifer, live in Tampa with their children, Adalyne and Casey III, who represent the sixth generation of the family's 121-year hospitality legacy.
