David W. Reese brings more than 30 years of experience in travel industry development, sales, marketing, and association management. Known for his results-driven leadership, David has built strong partnerships across both the public and private sectors, helping to grow markets, revenue, and visibility for the destinations he represents.

Since 1996, David has served as President of Florida’s First Coast of Golf (FFCG), based in Jacksonville Beach. During his tenure, the organization’s advertising and promotional budget has grown more than twentyfold, supported by funding from five municipalities for 29 straight years and over 60 private industry partners annually. His collaborative approach has positioned FFCG as the recognized leader for golf marketing in Northeast Florida.

His work has earned recognition at every level, including VISIT FLORIDA’s Henry Award and North American Golf Destination of the Year from the International Association of Golf Tour Operators. A graduate of Florida State University, David remains active in his community, supporting local charities and events. He and his wife, Amy, live in Jacksonville Beach with their two children.
