Sarria is responsible for developing and leading marketing and sales strategies focused on increasing Latin American visitation at Disney Destinations, including Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland Resort in California. During his 18 years at Disney, he has held multiple leadership roles including Brand Manager focused on driving increased visitation at Walt Disney World and stays at the more than 25 Walt Disney World Resort hotels.
Before joining Disney, Sarria worked in consulting roles at Accenture in New York and Cambridge Technology Partners in Puerto Rico. Sarria has a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, an MBA from Rollins College, Crummer Graduate School of Business, and a Certificate of Hispanic Marketing Communication from Florida State University.
