Anna Upton is the CEO of the Everglades Trust, a non-profit focused on restoring and protecting America’s Everglades. Prior to joining the Everglades Trust, Anna was the General Counsel and Vice President of Government Affairs for the Everglades Foundation. In that capacity, she worked on Everglades restoration issues navigating the complex interaction of state and federal laws in the areas of water quality and water supply. She majored in political science at Wake Forest University and earned her law degree from Stetson University College of Law. Anna lives in Tallahassee with her husband and daughter and also serves on the Northwest Florida Water Management District Governing Board.
